I feel very fortunate to be among the finalists for this years Heysen Prize. Although opening on October 4 it runs until November 30. I urge you to get along to look at some very good work which is an “interpretation of place”.

Recently I was fortunate enough to be awarded First Prize at the Adelaide Cathedral Art Exhibition. This piece was a little different to most in the exhibition, and very satisfying for me to gain recognition for one of my expressive landscapes.

I know this is a bit late, but I was fortunate enough to win the First Prize at the Alexandrina Rotary Art Exhibition. This was an acquisitive award and the prize sponsored by the Alexandrina Council, and I’m very proud to have a painting among their collection.
